Candidate and Employer Referral Schemes

Right & Square Recruitment would like to provide you with a £150 Gift Voucher of Your Choice for recommending a friend, relative, colleague or contact that you feel would be suitable for one of our permanent vacancies and that we place successfully. Check out our current vacancies to see if you know someone you can refer. Vacancies
Right & Square Recruitment will also offer you a £150 Gift Voucher of Your Choice, if you inform us about a vacancy that we go on to fill.

Candidate Referral - Permanent Placement:- If you recommend a friend, relative, colleague or contact to Right & Square Recruitment who is not already registered with us and we go on to place them in a new permanent role as a direct result of your introduction, you will receive a £150 Gift Voucher of Your Choice when they start in their new position.
Employer Referral – New Vacancy: If you refer a new Employer to us, who is actively recruiting and who is willing to utilise our services as a direct result of your initiation, we will send you a £150 Gift Voucher of Your Choice for every permanent placement made with that Employer.

Terms & Conditions for the referral scheme

I agree, that I will only be eligible for the £150 Gift Voucher, once I have followed the process of completing the form and agree to the below terms. Referral Form

I agree, that if a candidate has not completed the 12 weeks minimum agreed “probation” period for the referral scheme, I will than not be entitled to the £150 Gift Voucher. (This Term relates to the Candidate and Employer Referral Program.)

Candidates, Jobs / Vacancies and Employers must NOT already be registered with Right & Square Recruitment. Your referral must relate to new data.
The definition of a placement is contained within the companies’ terms and conditions of business which are available on request.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I make?

No, you may recommend as many applicants or employers as you wish! (x1 £150 Gift Voucher applies per referral.)

What happens if someone else also refers the applicant / employer or when the candidate is already active on Right & Square Recruitment’s database?

To avoid any confusion when there is more than one referee, we will dispatch the £150 Gift Voucher to the referral that was first logged on our system and leads directly to a placement. If the candidate is already active on our database, we will ofcourse acknowledge this straight away. We will always inform the referrer of the status immediately to avoid any misunderstanding.

When do I receive my £150 Gift Voucher?

The £150 Gift Voucher is sent to you, upon the referred candidate having completed their 12 weeks employment or in the case where a new Employer has been referred, when our placement has completed 12 weeks employment with the referred Employer.
